Maintenance
Your monthly fees covers grounds, parking lots, exterior lighting, irrigation system, sprinkler system and common areas of the buildings such as stairwell and hallways, building security system and/or cameras, gated access.
Investor Percentage of Ownership
Investor purchases are limited to 20% of the total units constructed. All other units are to be for owner/occupants.
Association Control
An association board will be formed and officers elected when the developer has sold 75% of the homes in the community. Until that time the Association oversight is the responsibility of the Developer.
Pets
Pets under 30 lbs are welcome.
